Refund & Cancellation Policy
QUICKO MEDS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Order cancellations: Requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been communicated to vendors or shipping has been initiated.

Perishable items: Cancellation requests for perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food items) are not accepted. However, you may request a refund or replacement if you can demonstrate that the delivered product quality is unsatisfactory.

Damaged or defective items: Please report receipt of damaged or defective products to our Customer Service team on the same day you receive them. Your request will be processed after the merchant has confirmed the defect on their end.
Not as described: If the product you receive does not match its description or your expectations, notify Customer Service within the same day of delivery. We will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Warranty items: For products that include a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer issues directly to the manufacturer.
If QUICKO MEDS approves a refund, it may take 1–2 days to process and appear in your original payment method.
